not getting email notifications

I did not get a welcome email when I installed the plugin on my Wordpress site. I have tried multiple times by doing the test emails with different email addresses and keep getting the message "Unable to send email to"

The plugin sends emails via the built-in WordPress email function wp_mail(). You need to check how it's configured. For instance, the issue can be caused by incorrect SMTP settings.
