why in the 2020 version of my VGA after effects it doesn't support while for the previous version my VGA doesn't have a problem, even though the driver was updated or not

May be, you can try with HDMI Output. If you're using intel powered PC's, adobe is working I believe. AMD powered pc's works picture perfect.
