Is there a way to Print the proofs that I am approving in Ziflow?

I rely on screenshots because I cannot seem to find a Print function. I often need to print Approved proofs for my records.

You can always download the file from the interface if the admin has that feature turned on. There is also an "Export comments to PDF" button that will give you options for what appears in the PDF.

Hi Matthew, thank you for your question! There is an option to export comments to a PDF file for both static and rich media proofs. This will export all comments, markups, and decisions. The ability to export comments to an Acrobat PDF is coming soon. Thanks, I have seen the Print Comments to FDF feature, I was looking for a way to print a clean unmarked color proof (with no comments) for my QC Files to have final approved proofs on file for future incoming labels, boxes etc. So QC has a printed record of the approved proof version for a Master File. I like to have permanent files so that I can compare future incoming items to our official approved Proof. Thanks for any info.

Got it! There are a couple other things that can be done to get an untouched copy of the final version. One is adding the ability to download the original file. Proof managers can access this from the proof details page, and reviewers can access it (if activated by the proof manager) from the left toolbar in the Proof Viewer. You can also have the final version file sent to a cloud storage folder using Ziflow Connect.
