What is the biggest challenge implementing a standard English language LIMS configuration to a spanish speaking country?

Training is often developed in English, you want to ensure it is delivered in the local language encouraging questions and interactions from day one, preferable by a local resource who will be around after deployment to support the group, i.e. create local experts. Encourage all entered information to be performed in the native language, regulators worry about individuals trying to document facts outside of their native language, sometimes encouraged in companies where the system spans multiple countries. Re-enforcement ensure after a few weeks of active usage that the training is followed up with best practices and reminders of what functionality is where and how best to use it. Quick reference laminated cards are a good way to ensure users don’t forget what a menu term means or where to find a function. The best practice is to obviously build the system to support multilanguage needs. NLS file can help in the translation so I don't think the configuration to spanish would have much of an issue
