I am not able to post listings with my Gooten products right now as I cannot post my listing until I fix the shipping rates.

The shipping rates are coming up too high and Etsy is alerting me to lower rates. The shipping options keeps coming up as $41.60 for one framed art print. I have already tried contacting Gooten support but they have not return an answer after two weeks. I have tried changing my listing to only one size option and the shipping rate stays the same. This also happens with a poster; I am getting a rate of $18. I have tried googling to get some help and reading over the shipping info on the site. I'm missing something here and would really like to solve this problem.
