I often find that prospects' information is not up to date, with the person having left their company up to 3 - 5 years ago.

- The best approach is to measure the sales team performance using Salesforce, so if there are no activities captured then no performance. by this, the users will have to create all contacts and capture the relevant activities accordingly.
