Ways to use "Boards"?

Gmelius has a board feature that helps classify or track the progress of a workflow. If you have a workflow/use other than lead-related let me know 🙂

Hi Eduardo, Boards have been designed to be as flexible as possible and fit different use cases. Here are the most frequently used: 1) Workload distribution If you create a board from a shared inbox or a shared Gmail label, you can then monitor and distribute the conversations the kanban-way. In this configuration, columns correspond to teammates or departments in your company. 2) Email management Create a GTD (Get Things Done) board linked with your primary inbox and you can then manage your email conversations following the GTD framework. 3) CRM Use Gmelius sequences in conjunction with a typical lead-oriented board, and automate your leads' pipeline. 4) Project Management / Agile In addition to email conversations, Gmelius boards support standalone cards and checklists. You can then create unique hybrid boards to manage a team's projects and associated sprints. Import existing boards from Trello or export your Gmelius board to Trello, and you can then experience a seamless bidirectional sync between Gmail and Trello to foster cross-team collaboration.
