Schedule building is a big pain point for our team, and even with the Task Tracker Beta that was released, it is still very clunky. Especially the Gantt view, any ideas would be great. We currently use templates but those are not always as efficient as you'd expect.
We will often have to add just a single line, not necessarily a full milestone or nested series. This is tough to do with Mavenlink's current capabilities. I'm curious how you all use these tools and what you have found works best for your team. Do you use templates? Would you also benefit from copy and paste milestones?
Of course, templates might end up being our best bet, but am curious to your suggestions.

I use templates as the basis of all my project schedules and then make adjustments from there. I find that the task tracker (I like the original) and Gantt chart view are easy to use. If all of your tasks are added properly, moving the duration on a task flows through the entire schedule and re-calculates a new critical path. I agree that it took some training and trial and error, but once I spent some time with it, the tool works great for me.
