How can I turn on only the radsnet of the component I am moving?

I do not like there is not a middle option between turning on or turning off the radsnet. I would like to have on only the radnest of the component I am moving in a single time. So, with the radsnet off, I want to move a component and have that radsnet on.

Yes you can. If you open Pcbnew, go to the right-hand side toolbar and you will see some tools. The first one (top) is the arrow key for "Select item". The 3rd one down is the one you need, called "Display local ratsnest". So Step 1: Turn off the ratsnest for all components Step 2: Click on "Display local ratsnest" Step 3: Select the component you want ...and voila! You can now toggle the ratsnest on/off for any individual component you want.
