Is there any available settings to enable notifications on android and apple mobiles when a job has been requested?

When a job is requested by managers and staff can there be a notification that will display on screen much like a text message does for the tech to review and accept.

Yes! You just have to enable the notification setting in your mobile settings for notifications. I get notified with notification for every work order and so does my tech.
