Blocking my customers out

Ecommerce website Implemented WP cerber. Blocked out many attacks but my customers have feedback to me they were blocked out too even when they were just browsing our products. Had to whitelist every one of them. Definitely lost some potential customers who would got blocked as well. Is there any option that I should not activate?

That can happen due to a conflict with an e-commerce plugin. Such as a recover abandoned cart plugin or a pop-up checkout plugin. To avoid conflicts, you can enable "Use less restrictive policies (allow AJAX)" in the anti-spam settings. If it doesn't help, you need to check the activity log to determine why WP Cerber identifies legitimate requests as suspicious and blocks them. Once you've figured out the reason, you need to configure exceptions for them. Here is how you can do that: https://wpcerber.com/firewall-http-requests-are-being-blocked/

"Use less restrictive policies (allow AJAX)" in the anti-spam settings enabled but does not solve the issue. It is usually "Malicious request denied/Multiple erroneous requests", but what they did was just browsing products (pages) and adding our products on Wishlist (repeated patterns)
