Set that the manager on employees

I can set who's my Manager, but I would like to know how to set to my employees that I'm their manager; that would simply their onboarding.

Hi Juan Manuel! Great Question- If you are an account admin, you'll be able to set anyones manager in Workspace Settings --> Manage Users by clicking on the pencil icon. If you're not an admin, I would suggest encouraging your team to update their manager in User Settings. Or you can connect an HRIS (GSuite or Office sync, Bamboo, Workday, etc.) which will automatically set and update users relationships. This means that when someone changes teams, you won't need to manually update Fellow.
