If you are searching for a particular person inside the app, using the left-hand navigation bar, if you are able to add in additional filters, such as company, for example, you will have a much better chance of bringing the person up. However, if you are looking for more advanced information, or doing a much more specific search, I would definitely recommend that you continue your workflow of utilizing the Chrome Extension on LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and social search or webpage to complete those searches.
