Hi Lindsay — thanks for asking. I have a few examples I can share and we'd be happy to chat through any in detail. On the discovery side, knowing which pages and which specific posts (via the keyword search in EverTrue) is a great way to build prospect lists. If you need to build a list for women's volleyball, sustainability initiatives, or the Quilting Museum, take a look for people who are engaged with those pages, comment on posts mentioning a keyword, and are unassigned donors. Oklahoma State, George Washington, Oregon State, and others have done this with great results. It's also a great way to build lists for events, newsletters, or solicitations. Shops like UConn and Florida State are using interests and engagement discovered in EverTrue to expand solicitation lists and engaging donors around the things they care about most (with great results). One other thing you can do... if you know you're going to need prospects for a certain initiative, work with the page managers to post content in advance. Then look for prospects engaging with those posts to help build out lists. It's a great way to connect the marketing/communications side of things directly to fundraising (Kansas State does a great job with this). I hope this is helpful! Feel free to reach out to your Customer Success Manager and we can go into greater detail.
