How can I integrate it with Linux without explicitly using Linux?

I want to work more on Windows but side by side I love The efficiency of Linux so is it a way to use Linux terminal on windows as cmd is still an underperformer.

honestly the only way i know is to split screen your win 10 and copy and paste the data from Linux other than that i don't know of another way.
