What is the best way in setting up the SMTP email integration component of Convergehub without you moving your company emails away from your own host provider?

We have tried setting up the SMTP email integration but this has ended up with our company email moving from our own SMTP server across to Sendgrid which cause our emails to experience non-delivery and also the inability to login to our email accounts as that had been moved to SendGrid.

In ConvergeHub you can set up your own SMTP settings or can use the ConvergeHub SMTP engine. ConvergeHub can work with your mail provider, Amazon SES, SendGrid, or anything similar. In the event, you would like to use ConvergeHub SMTP then unless you allow your mail provider to acknowledge or authorize the mail relay from ConvergeHub, the mails are most likely end up in the SPAM or Junk folder. This can be managed very easily by setting up the SPF and DKIM record in your mail server/provider. This process will ensure the mails are showing up in InBox when sent via the ConvergeHub mail relay. Setting up SPF and DKIM records depends on your mail provider; I have shared a step by step instructions in case your mail provider is Office365: Generate SPF and DKIM record: https://a.cl.ly/5zuXx21w Setup SPF and DKIM in your office 365 Mail server : https://youtu.be/msDjiw8OeR8 https://youtu.be/emKLD_ckcRw https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/office-365-security/set-up-spf-in-office-365-to-help-prevent-spoofing Should you need more information please reach out to us at support@convergehub.com or create a support ticket. We are more proactive in those channels for any form of Customer Support.
