Hey, there! These are all really great ideas, and I'd be happy to help! 1. Using column calculations is not currently available on our formula field itself, and I know that this is a highly requested feature by lots of our users. I recommend leaving a vote here on our Canny feature request for exactly what you're looking for: https://clickup.canny.io/feature-requests/p/formula-column-calculations 2. We also get the request for just the date and year to be displayed on the date field a lot, and I recommend navigating to and voting on the feature request here: https://clickup.canny.io/feature-requests/p/list-view-group-future-tasks-by-month-year 3. You can currently set a custom date field with Automations, but not to the trigger date! This is a great idea, and I recommend voting here on this Canny feature request post: https://clickup.canny.io/feature-requests/p/automations-set-custom-date-to-trigger-fired-time 4. Depending on what you're grouping by, it is possible that this can already be done! I recommend trying to set your group by option and then using column sorting to achieve the order that you want.
