How would teanviewer connect without a fast internet?

This tool must be connected to a good internet network otherwise it does not work properly, my question is how would that problem be solved if my internet is somewhat slow?

It would not be solved. The utility presumes that you have an internet connection operating at a reasonable speed. A slow broadband connection will result in excessive screen lag or a dropped connection.
