Thanks for your question. I would suggest creating a segment of inactive contacts. You can do this in the Audience tab > Suggestions > Inactive Email subscribers.
If you only need to remove those contacts who didn't open Email Campaign - you can create a segment with filter Not opened Email Campaign - in the last - 100 months.
However, I would highly recommend to unsubscribe those contacts, but do not delete them, as they can sync back to Omnisend from the Store.
