To me, there are 3 simple keys to a solid cadence.
1. Go beyond phone and email to vary the channels as much as possible (LinkedIn, Video emails, Other social touches).
2. Write like a human. Make your messaging personalized, simple, and casual
3. Give the person on the other end a strong reason to want to have a conversation with you. Frame the conversation around working together on quickly actionable advice you can provide, that makes their life easier, even if they don't end up partnering with you.
