Docusign took my payment on Oct 9, 2019 for the period of Oct 8 2019 to Oct 8 2020. Docusign failed to and continues to refuse to update billing on my account to show paid or refund my money.
Part of the problem is their customer support people are outsourced to a third world country and use fake names. They don't listen to the problem they give cookie cutter answers like have you tried a different browser. I pointed out the issue to 3 different CSR's over 2 months and 3+ hours on the phone and chat. Not one of them made an attempt to resolve the issue
I don't know if this will help or not. I only had to contact customer service once, all other times I contact my account rep. I was working at an educational organization that had POC to call.
