Why doesn't Bloomerang reach out when a company is clearly adding more user and dropping the ones who purchased the system to begin with?

All of the people who were employed by my Company when Bloomeranmg was purchsed are no longer with my Company. No one was left to train anyone. We were on our own.

Bloomerang offers terrific live chat and so many different webinars on all things - It would be so easy to self train or even group train on their webinars. And again, when I have a specific question on a report, an eblast, string up campaigns and appeals - the live chat is fabulous.
