How often will Lightico be updated with any fixes?

Under dislikes i said - You can't edit the phone number once you have built the package and the customer has engaged so if you have input the incorrect number by mistake you need to start to build your package again, if a fix was put in place this would be great, would there be any plans in any future updates to fix these issues?

Hi Katie, Thank you for your feedback. On this, there are a few solutions depending on how your account was deployed and I would like to suggest contacting your Customer Success Program manager to discuss. If you happened to have sent the invite to the wrong client you can press to “Re-engage” which will nullify the initial link sent to the customer and allow you to enter new details. Hope this helps.
