What is the best way to collect overall data regarding the courses?

We have created more than 5 courses on Bridge. How can we view an overall metrics analysis of all the courses as opposed to just one course?

If you are an account administrator you will have access to the insights app alongside learner & author. From there you can click on "deep dive" which will allow you to pull data based on group, time range, program, content tag etc. So far there is no data I've wanted that I have not been able to grab from there.

We are new to Bridge and found by using an overall look at Insights we can get a holistic view of everything. But I always like as much detail as possible so I usually end up doing a Download All Data report to get specific. I then use Excel to either pivot or filter what I want.

You can pull and download all Data under Admin > Tools. We use DOMO as our reporting tool but you can definitely use Excel. use
