How would teanviewer connect without a fast internet?

This tool must be connected to a good internet network otherwise it does not work properly, my question is how would that problem be solved if my internet is somewhat slow?

The problem would not be solved. The tools presumes that you have a reasonable speed connection. A very slow connection results in excessive screen lag or a dropped connection.
