How do I test the remote notary capabilities without having to buy the product beforehand?

I want to know if the remote notary section of DocVerify records throughout the process of notarizing the document and if there are any error messages that appear on the document. The last company we tested only recorded a few seconds of the notary process and then said that the document was not valid upon signing.

DocVerify has conflicting answers on their site. In my experience, it does not record. You will need to pair it with Zoom or Teams to get a State required recording. It also has very specific needs technical needs for both the notary and the signer.

As for the recording we record the notarial act only at this time, and recently we added more bold text to make it stand out more so notaries are more aware of when the recording begins and ends so that they don't go through the recording part quickly, and take their time to make sure they get what they need before proceeding.
