I have to agree. The interface is somewhat mundane and needs to be divided into multiple sections or some way to make it easier to navigate. It is robust, in a sense, but being robust also means having the ability to "use" the functionality without spending so much time "finding" and executing those tools. Time is money.

However, in a broader scenario, we are working on a major visual revamp. It is still in design stages. Rest assured we are doing our best to implement it as soon as we can.
