Has anyone actually had success on this platform?

If you do volume, at least 50 closings per month, are you able to use this successfully?

We tried DocVerify and it was terrible for us. The support is non existent or they just direct you to a knowledge base that you have already read multiple times. There is no phone number to call support. We are using Pavaso now with much better results but RON still has its issues.

DocVerify is a platform, and designed to be self-serve. We do have a full support staff that is very responsive as they answer most questions quickly. There are also webinars that are done at least 4 times per week, and in addition to the webinars and videos there are also independent trainers available for hire for that personal touch. RON isn't for everyone, and it does require some commitment from a user as there is a learning curve usually.

We have lots of clients that are performing successful electronic notary and remote online notary everyday. RON does have it's complexities, but we have done our best to make it as easy as possible.
