How can I schedule tasks

We have processes that require scheduled tasks, how could we generate a scheduled task and is it very difficult to have this training?

when you go to the orchestrator, there is something called schedules, there you can select your process and set a schedule when you want to run the process. Everyday or according to your schedule , the process will be triggered automatically.
