Integrating with some software I have never done and I think it is not possible. By having the meeting through Google Meet, you can share your screen so that other people can see the document and work as a team in this way.

Yes..... The star feature of Google+, Google Hangouts, is now integrating fully with Google's online suite of document, presentation and spreadsheet editing software, Google Docs. ... To start your own Doc inside of a hangout simply: Click on the Docs button. Add an existing document, or upload a new one.

Yes !! It is a very simple process ... just share the sheet have them type name in -- just like passing around a sheet of paper to sign in Now if you want to go more advanced, say track all of my students or peers who are in attendance by their screen name etc -- that s a much more complex idea and not easily solved without advanced programming

Yes, you can use the Google Meet Attendance chrome extension which will save your attendance in a Google Sheet.
