Hi Robert - posting the answer we discussed by email in case it's of use to others! Today, a user can belong to multiple teams, and has the same role on all teams they belong to. We have a roadmap item to allow the same user to have different roles on different teams. We will keep you posted with updates. Great question and thanks for the feedback! -Katy
