How does ProctorU inhibit students from cheating?

It seems like any student could just keep their phone on the screen out of view of the Proctor and cheat. This isn't even very creative.

The proctor asked I show her my room around me, the table, under the table, put the main door to my room in the background of my camera, remove my watch, show the location of my phone, while they record my camera, microphone, screen, key presses, mouse movements 100% of the time. At the end they asked I show them me ripping up my notes sheet on camera.

There is a proctor watching the students test. They have to do an environmental review for the proctor as well as use a mirror if necessary to ensure the integrity of the area. It is easy to catch the student by their body and eye cues.
