Under modern enterprise architecture, as I can see if your company has a wider scale of ERP systems such as SAP, with SAP your business defined countless process flows but most of the business flows are related data flow, behind of it requires so much of manual work between different systems and applications for multiple departments work, then UiPath would be a powerful tool to automate your data flow and business flow as you designed process. Since SAP is most popular and important ERP solution in 85% of top 500 companies from the world, so RPA automation has wilder developing space. another thing is that RPA just requires developer a basic programming knowledge then with some self-learning practice to become RPA expert, it is very friendly for business users who is not have so much IT background. I call that is visual programming tool, very easily to use. I like it!

Human Resource departments and functions are benefiting greatly from RPA. Especially in the areas or recruiting, hiring, benefits administration, and other routine tasks that must be done for every new hire or for every employee during benefits open enrollment.
