This is a question better served to Dropbox themselves rather than the users that are on G2, however I will do my best to point out some major differences that already have been implemented vs. Google Drive One of the biggest differences is Dropbox's usage of block-synching to update changes. This prevents users from editing the same file at the same time and causing the type of confusions that result in lost data/information. Secondly, Dropbox's sharing, sorting and categorizing folders is far superior and specifically optimized for collaboration between multiple parties. Lastly, the ability to QUICKLY move items from shared folders to personal folders or to share with specific users on your team is much more advanced and user-friendly in dropbox.
