The word "Call" is an imperative verb, so I will not translate it. If you have any other text that needs translation, please provide it.

The AI provided on the platform is out of the box. The best way to leverage is using the out of the box capabilities that discover topological relationships, trace business transactions, Real User Monitoring and synthetics. When you have all of these capabilities applied to the problem domain, it works best and is the easiest to deploy. If you are missing Real User Monitoring &/or synthetics, it still works well but you miss the DEM impact of issues. If you are missing transaction trace you lose significant value as the correlation is in the context of the infrastructure only, which is limited in value. There is not a topology discovery at layer 2/3 of the network. This would enhance infrastructure topology and enable the AI to be applied to issues on network devices. There is an ability to stitch transactions by IP which can help with proxies like a load balancer but not other devices (switch, routers, firewalls). They are continuing to enhance the relationship discovery...looking forward to mapping of message queue's to the smartscape.

Hi. The AI is built into the Dynatrace platform and is purpose built for this use case. It's getting context from the installation of Dynatrace OneAgents which are deployed onto hosts, or from ingestion and API's as you extend the platform. Feel free to chat to the team if you have a specific use case, or you need to chat about custom integrations.
