To be honest, SPSS is really for people who have some understanding of statistics - not really for marketers. I would recommend software such as Q software (https://www.qresearchsoftware.com/) for marketers and market researcher, however the caveat on this is that it still requires the data to be in an SPSS file, so somewhere along the way someone is going to have to use SPSS. Q handles things like filters and multiple response questions far more elegantly than SPSS does, and is specifically set up for market research type data.

Dear Diego. That is right. SPSS is a complex software. Firstly, I recoomend you think about what do you need to do with it. For example, it is very differnt to use it for simple descriptive analysis (frequencies, average, etc.) that for obtaining statistical sifnificante in a comparison study between various groups and a set of medical variables. Then, I would start with simple tutorials until understanding the basic functionement of the software. For example, in the SPSS page: https://www.spss-tutorials.com/basics/ You can also search for exercises in Internet. For example, this document of Petrovic is very complete. http://gtk.uni-miskolc.hu/files/11206/SPSS+Tutorial+and+excersise+book.pdf Remember, what do you need SPSS for? Regards
