How do I delete a custom tag that I made?

I sometimes make custom tags for caller agents, but sometimes if an agent is inactive, I do not know how to delete that custom tag.

Hey Adrian! Good question. Both Reporting Tags and Call Tags can be customized, so the answer would depend on which you're referring to. Reporting Tags: You can delete these under Calls > Call Scoring > Reporting Tags. This would help if you use tags with drop down lists, which are configurable from this page. Call Tags (free form / no restrictions): Navigate to Reporting >Tags, then edit the tags on the list. This is also where you can delete or reassign any records with these tags.
