I would like to set up Paylocity to hold all of my personnel records.

I have not taken the time to investigate putting all personnel records on the Paylocity program and presently keep all personnel records in folders in my computer. Trying to move away from paper personnel documents.

Paylocity has this function. I work for an Urgent care and it is great because I can upload licences and input exp. dates. It helps streamline and keep compliance. As well as limiting who can see. Only myself and the CEO are able to view the HR uploaded files. Its a great feature

You can actually import those documents from the folders on your computer into each employees profile.

Yes, Paylocity has the capabilities to upload, store, and provided secure access to personnel documents. I keep our applications, HR paperwork, E-verifications, counseling doucments etc in each employee's HR file via Paylocity. There are only two people in our company that have access to these records because of the confidentiality nature of HR. So Paylocity has that capability too if you are concerned about accesibilty to these files. Hope this helps. Sincerely,Maria
