How to create multiple stories at once ?

I am very confused about using one feature that is creating multiple stories on JIRA .

You can add multiple stories with Split function on Jira. First, create a story than right-click on this story and select split. You'll see a pop-up where you can add multiple stories at once. By using split function splitted stories will be linked to each other as 'split from' or 'splitted from' if I remember right. I use these functions writing similar stories across team functions such as back-end, front-end and/or mobile.

You can add multiple stories at once by using Confluence. If you create a table in Confluence, you can then highlight the table and use a macro to create multiple tickets from the table data.
