In Mind Cloud supports Matrix Approvals and Multi-Level-Approvals with multiple rules to be used in parallel if needed. An approval API can connect to external  systems via script. Workflow Rules can be based on any datapoint of a quotation, line item, product or account to cater to even the most complex business scenarios.
