Project Portfolio Management (PPM) in Wrike?

Is it possible in Wrike to get a global view of ALL the projects "in progress" - so without the task list attached to each project - on a single Gantt Chart? In other words, can we see the Big Picture, our Yearly Road Map in a single shot? If so, is it possible then to get a similar global Gantt Chart per project category, like "Customer's Request", "New Product Platform", "Product Modification", "Short Projects", etc.? Thanks!

Francois, You can absolutely see the "big picture" in Wrike, not just as a Gantt, but any view that Wrike supports (and there are several). You can manage resources across multiple projects to see where you have resources over/underutilized, etc. Note: The Resource module is an additional fee, but there is a basic Workload view that will show you similar information, just not at the granularity as the resource add-on will. Also the Gantt and other views are realtime interactive views. If you change the start or end date of any task, milestone, etc,, you will see the impact of all dependent tasks. There is also an analytics view that will show you something similar to a burndown chart across any level you want (all, a project, folder, sprint, etc.). It just depends on how you set up Wrike. It's extremely flexible. Hope this answers your question.

Hi Francois, I’m Gabriel, a research analyst specializing in Project Management at G2. To answer your question: Wrike offers a report template for Weekly Project Status which you can use to get an overview of the projects you select, with details on status, finish date, and owner. Here's more information on this template and how to use it: https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/articles/214612765-Report-Templates#weekly I hope this helps. All the best, Gabriel
