Has anyone made the a migration from gmail to Outlook? If so, how did your use of Outreach change?
My company recently switched from using Gsuite to Outlook, we all were heavily using all of the tools within the Gmail integration. I am just curious how other companies/reps have facilitated this change, and how their workflow has evolved since then.
Outreach has built-in integration with outlook, there for the usage of Outreach increased on our end. It now facilitates the way we manage playbooks and our reps send emails mainly by having them focused all within outreach. We also have Outreach integrated with Salesforce as our CRM which makes Outreach really the only tool a rep needs to operate.
