As GitHub sets their own prices, it is possible for them to change those prices as they see fit. Therefore, it is possible, but would require corporate action to reset the pricing structure. Additionally, GitHub does not appear to have separate pricing structures based on your role in a company. Instead they charge based on the size of your team.
