What is the best way to get a better birds eye view of the sentiment/polarity of the user verbatims?

Right now when I search for a particular issue - looking for how much of an impact that issue might have on our users i.e. 'Slow Loading' - I get returned all of the feedback tickets/verbatims around that issue - however I still have to sort through 400+ tickets to get understand the full breadth of that impact - I don't immediately have a way to have those tickets analyzed for which ones are negative vs positive - and loud vs passive.
