How Can you Make sure all data Syncs

Can you make all data sync even though multiple users are logged in at the same time? It's very cumbersome to have to send an email to all members or call other people to make sure everybody is logged out before making an update.

If you are referring to the desktop server, there is an icon in your taskbar that usually has a mark. Other than that you can go into your folder and look for the green check mark in the individual folders. Regarding editing documents(word, Excel, etc) there is an icon in your word processing app that lets you know if someone has it open
