I find ZoHo Assist takes a while to "see" a computer online. If I switch from one group to another and back, this often speeds up the ability to connect. Maybe a "Refresh" button would do the same.
Paul this could also be caused by the actual desktop/server that has the agent installed. Generally, Zoho Assist agent depends on DNS to reach Zoho Assist and register accordingly. I would suggest reviewing the DNS settings on the client first.
