because if I do not like the application and I do not have the way to recover the authentication key of google, because when asking the company for the disablement, they should place in the middle of the verification measures the recovery of the unique key

You can't. The only solution is so that when you setup MFA, you either save the QR Code or click on manual setup and save that long string. This of course shall be handled as a super secret, because with that string you can setup a 2nd 3rd ... so on authenticator.
