How do I get my camera to work and why do I have to share my screen instead of the app?

Hello Kevin, By default, the webcam sharing setting will be disabled for the users. You can enable the same from Settings->Manage Organization. You share your application or entire screen in Zoho Meeting. I used Zoom also for some time, but never felt comfortable, in terms of data consumption, connectivity and other things

As far as Zoho Showtime is concerned, u can use external camera or in- built camera easily
