How do I get my camera to work and why do I have to share my screen instead of the app?

Not being able to use my camera is almost a deal breaker for an otherwise straight decision to migrate to Zoho Meetings from Zoom. Having to share my entire screen instead of just the application is restrictive.

Hello Kevin, By default, the webcam sharing setting will be disabled for the users. You can enable the same from Settings->Manage Organization. Refer the below link for this. https://help.zoho.com/portal/kb/articles/zoho-meeting-co-branding-camera-settings-notifications#Camera_Settings Once you enable the webcam setting, you can choose the camera(default or any external camera) connected to your computer to share your video while joining the meeting/webinar. You share your application or entire screen in Zoho Meeting. Right now the application sharing feature is available in Google Chrome and Firefox and we are yet to add this feature in our desktop app. Please refer the below link for screen/application sharing in Zoho Meeting. https://help.zoho.com/portal/kb/articles/screen-sharing-for-online-meetings-and-webinars

I used Zoom also for some time, but never felt comfortable, in terms of data consumption, connectivity and other things
