We are curious what other WMS systems and shipping solutions are out there that can be used with RF-SMART or give them some insight as to what their competition is doing as we have lost some features with FedEx and really need them.

I would love to know what other features RF-SMART is missing, and if you have a horror story of RF-SMART magically changing your renewal price as we believe that our experience is not isolated. We are looking for any input here.
