You never know when your site will go down. Its not always something on you. I have had plenty of DNS and certificate renewal issues which helped me jump in to resolve the issue.

They change the plans you prepaid for a year on, refuse to let you have the services that you subscribed to and tell you to deal with it and something might change in the future.
